I'm looking to lead high-impact strategy, transformation, and program initiatives where I can build strong governance, deliver measurable outcomes, and scale sustainable business models.

At Delhivery, I lead enterprise strategy and project management across Delhivery Academy and organization-wide transformation programs. I’m turning the Academy from a cost center into a revenue-generating, self-sustaining business unit through commercial models, pricing, go-to-market planning, and delivery execution.

I’ve managed global IT and ITES mobilization, transition, and onboarding programs at Accenture across the US, UK, and Australia, spanning HRO, FAO, hospitality, transportation, and shared services. I build structured plans, governance cadences, RAID frameworks, and readiness processes that support successful Day-1 go-lives.

I bring hands-on experience in commercial and legal governance, stakeholder management, change control, executive reporting, and technology-enabled dashboards. I also partner on PoSH governance and learning interventions that strengthen workplace safety and visibility.
