What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Montessori-focused early childhood role where I can support children’s development, follow CCEYA safety standards, and strengthen daily parent communication through tools like HiMama and Storypark.

I’m a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant with 6 years of experience supporting infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children. I’m committed to creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments where children can grow with confidence.

In my current role as a Montessori Day Care Assistant (2023–2025), I support Montessori educators with practical life, sensorial, language, and math activities using prepared materials. I maintain CCEYA licensing standards and ratios, complete daily observations, and support parent communication through Storypark and HiMama.

I’m bilingual in Tamil and English, and I bring strong classroom management, organization, and interpersonal skills to every full-day shift. I also support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through routines like meal preparation, diapering, toileting, and nap time, while engaging groups of 25+ children in structured learning.
