What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a school role where I can lead instruction and assessment—designing curriculum, supporting inclusive learning, and mentoring educators—while strengthening student well-being through evidence-based practices and clear academic outcomes.

I’m an accomplished education professional with over 12 years of experience in leadership, curriculum development, and teaching across high school, elementary, and early childhood education in Canada and India. I bring a steady, research-minded approach to instructional programs, student support, and classroom outcomes.

My work focuses on designing and implementing instruction and assessment that truly guide learning—developing tools such as the Assessment of Speaking and Listening (ASL), and supporting educators through workshops on Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and Formative Assessment. I create student performance indicators and improve teaching practices through innovative, evidence-based strategies.

I’ve also strengthened my impact through community-centered and leadership roles, including working in a First Nations community for five years and partnering with students, families, and stakeholders on culturally responsive, inclusive practices. As an Interim School Principal, I supervised faculty, managed academic programs, addressed student and parent concerns, and prepared proposals for grants; I also completed Mental Health First Aid and ASIST training, and contributed research writing related to SEL, mental health frameworks, and qualitative research methods.
