I’m a data analytics leader with 12+ years of progressive experience in channel data management, business operations, and process automation. I’ve scaled from a technical analyst into a strategic Lead Analyst, owning end-to-end service delivery and enforcing strict data governance.

In my current role at Zyme Solutions, I own service delivery aligned to SLA definitions, manage resource allocation across teams and projects, and match analyst skill sets to delivery needs. I drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Solutions Delivery, and Engineering to turn operational opportunities into production outcomes.

I serve as a partner to Sales teams, integrating direct client feedback into refined, high-value service and product definitions. I also lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and monthly updates to align data operations with client strategic goals, while running client operations reviews to map expansion plans with client cross-functional groups.

Previously, as a Senior Content Analyst / SME, I established data governance protocols to secure high-quality, high-integrity data for downstream client activities like payments. I built and managed the Geo Master directory (250+ countries with cities, states, and postal codes) and the Atlas directory for client and partner relationships, while authoring implementation documentation and upskilling teams to ensure fast adoption and minimal disruption.
