Automated comprehensive API tests (functional, XSD, and request/response schema validation) using Postman and JMeter, achieving 100% test coverage and reducing regression testing time. Integrated automation into the CI/CD pipeline via Bitbucket and Bamboo and used AWS monitoring plus Splunk/Elasticsearch to validate transactions and support rapid Agile releases.

Automated regression test cases for Converge using Selenium and Java, and built automated critical application flows for multiple Lincoln client applications. Automated Windows-based applications with Sikuli, designed and executed API testing with Postman, and partnered with development to integrate tests into CI/CD while managing a 4-member team and acting as client liaison.

Developed in-sprint automation scripts using UFT and Selenium under Agile (Scrum), automating regression tests and presenting demos during sprint reviews.
