What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead QA strategy end-to-end—building standards, driving exploratory and automated testing, partnering with developers on CI/CD, and continuously improving quality through data, SQL, and AI-assisted workflows.

I’m a results-driven Lead QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience across web, mobile, and desktop quality assurance. I started from scratch—no mentor or team—and grew into a lead who built QA processes, standards, and SOPs from the ground up.

I’m known for uncovering complex, long-standing bugs through deep exploratory testing and customer behavior analysis. I led a team of 4 and mentored 3–4 junior engineers, then implemented strategies that reduced bug report rates across multiple concurrent projects.

I’m hands-on with test automation and verification at scale, using Playwright, Selenium, and Katalon, and integrating testing into CI/CD with Jenkins and Git. I also run performance and API testing with JMeter and Postman, while actively expanding into automation frameworks, SQL, and AI-assisted testing workflows.
