What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on infrastructure or TechOps role where I can improve reliability, security, documentation, and onboarding efficiency while leading automation and mentorship.

I am a TechOps and IT Engineer with deep experience managing IT operations, SaaS administration, endpoint and server environments, and incident escalation. I have built IT teams and systems from the ground up, managed hundreds of servers and dozens of SaaS products, and driven initiatives that improved uptime, security, and onboarding efficiency.

I emphasize ownership, documentation, and measurable results — implementing NIST 800-171 alignment, automating backups and monitoring with Datadog/Nagios/PagerDuty, and deploying MDM/SSO solutions to halve onboarding time. I pair strong technical skills (Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Jamf Pro, Okta) with hands-on support experience and a focus on continuous improvement.
