Special projects and executive coordinator who drives social growth and operations.
What I'm looking for
I’m a versatile marketing and operations professional with 2+ years of experience as an Executive Coordinator, Special Projects Manager, Social Media Manager, and Junior Graphic Designer in the entertainment and talent management industry. I bring data-driven reporting, strong stakeholder communication, and a documentation discipline shaped by a background in education.
In my current role (Promoted from Executive Coordinator to Special Projects Manager), I manage executive calendars, contacts, and communications for C-suite leadership—scheduling meetings, Zoom calls, and travel arrangements. I also coordinate special projects from inception to completion, owning timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
I oversee and post social media content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn for 7–8 talent clients, maintaining brand voice and driving fan engagement. I monitor platform trends and support internal and client updates through trending emails and weekly newsletters, business development emails, and daily tending reports.
I’m equally strong in operations: data entry and organizational spreadsheet management, expense reporting and vendor billing documentation, and ClickUp task tracking (including converting meeting action items into trackable work). I’m comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced, remote-friendly environments, using tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
