I seek a collaborative role applying case management and special education skills to improve client outcomes, develop programs, train staff, and work within a supportive team that values measurable impact and client-centered services.

I am a care manager and special education professional who builds practical supports and individualized plans for people with developmental disabilities.

I manage a caseload of up to 38 people, administer assessments, write plans, and create tracking systems to maintain compliance and continuity of care. I adapt core curriculum for students with diverse needs, organize IEP meetings, and develop lesson plans and field experiences that promote independence and job skills.

I also bring hands-on hospitality and sales experience, having started a sales program, maintained over 100 accounts, trained staff, and supported brewery operations from inventory and invoicing to canning and customer education.
