I helped Veriff establish its initial structured digital identity-verification pipeline and support team, bringing practical Border Guard and Police experience into a growing Estonian technology company.

I made independent, risk-based verification decisions, supported document-validation processes, mitigated fraud risks, and worked closely with founders and developers. I also continued my professional engagement remotely after relocating to Portugal.

At the Police and Border Guard Board, I carried out high-security checks of people, vehicles, and goods. I detected forged visas and a stolen vehicle, completed advanced Level II Vehicle Inspection training, and partnered with customs on inspections that found smuggled goods.

I also bring client-facing sales experience from Telia, where I tailored telecommunications services, managed sales processes, and maintained accurate cash-register closing procedures. I’m ready to apply my calm, detail-focused approach to a role that values accuracy, responsibility, and customer-focused service.
