What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote collections or accounts receivable role where I can support international teams, manage customer accounts and collections, resolve billing issues, and contribute accurate financial administration. I'm willing to accommodate required PST overlap.

At Feenstra Group, I manage tenant debtor accounts, high-volume collections, monthly billing, bank and receipt allocations, reconciliations, payment plans, and legal handover documentation.

Previously, I supported debtor administration at AFHCO Property Management and Anaprop Property Management, resolving billing queries, closing accounts, processing refunds, loading leases, and maintaining accurate tenant records on MDA Property Manager.

I also worked as a Creditors Clerk at Anaprop, reconciling supplier accounts, processing invoices, conducting VAT reconciliations, and compiling payment packs.

With more than nine years in accounts receivable, collections, credit management, and property-management finance, I bring ownership, accuracy, practical problem-solving, and clear customer communication. I hold a National Diploma in Credit Management and am currently studying toward a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences in Financial Accounting.
