I'm currently supporting Rohloff Group (KFC) by managing tenant billing, debtor collections, account reconciliations, municipal payments, and property-related financial queries.
I prepare age analysis, utility, fuel, catering, and operational performance reports, using financial data to identify variances, maintain accurate records, and support decision-making. I also coordinate with tenants, landlords, municipalities, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
At Affirmative Portfolio, I managed City of Cape Town debtor accounts, processed payments and allocations, reconciled balances, and followed up on overdue accounts.
