I’m a senior public-sector professional with 20+ years of experience in elections administration, regulatory compliance, and government operations. In my current role as Deputy Director, I lead daily operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local election laws while developing and revising departmental policies based on legislative changes.

I supervise and train staff, evaluate workloads, and coordinate payroll, purchasing, and budgeting in partnership with HR, Procurement, and IT.
