What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead healthcare programs and operational change where I can partner with executive and clinical leaders, use workforce and performance data to guide decisions, and deliver cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.

At Mount Sinai Health System, I partner with physician and executive leaders to deliver workforce, operational, and clinical initiatives across Pediatrics, Neonatology, Endocrinology, and Infectious Disease. I’ve led provider transitions, Epic setup, recruiting for critical vacancies, KPI reporting, governance forums, a $1M division renovation, and a lactation-room build-out from concept through completion.

My PhD research on physician turnover in a large New York City health system shapes my data-driven approach to workforce planning, stakeholder coordination, and change management. I also bring multi-site practice-management experience, including digital intake redesign, software rollout planning, budgeting, HR operations, and onboarding improvements that reduced new-hire onboarding time by 50%.
