As an Inclusion Teacher, I develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. I collaborate with teachers and support staff to create inclusive environments, differentiate instruction, and provide targeted interventions. My role also includes facilitating communication among parents and professionals to support student success.

In my role as a Learning Support Teacher, I designed and implemented tailored instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles. I collaborated with teachers and external specialists to promote inclusive education and developed IEPs while providing support in the mainstream classroom.

As Head of Learning Support, I managed the learning support and EAL departments, overseeing staff and providing personalized educational support. I developed intervention programs and collaborated with external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students with diverse needs.

In this role, I was responsible for planning and implementing the Geography syllabus and training new teachers. I taught Geography and Spanish, developed fieldwork studies, and created resources to enhance student engagement.

As a Teacher of Geography and Learning Support, I created learning resources and maintained records of student progress. I provided individualized feedback and support, ensuring an inclusive environment for all students.

As a Town Planning Officer, I managed planning applications, updated GIS databases, and participated in board meetings for major developments. I also conducted site visits and prepared presentations.

I taught Spanish to adult learners, developing appropriate curricula and implementing cultural programs to enhance language acquisition.

In this role, I wrote and implemented safety development plans, conducted risk assessments, and raised public awareness on safety issues.

I managed customer accounts and queries via email and telephone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Awarded with a commendation, Subject of thesis; “Potential roles of local knowledge and resources for planning and mitigation measures to reduce vulnerability of rural communities against hurricanes”.

Completed a PGCE focusing on Geography and Special Educational Needs, equipping me with the skills to support diverse learners in the classroom.

Completed dissertation on ‘The Right of the People of Gibraltar to Self –Determination', providing a strong foundation in geographical research and analysis.
