At Prodege, I lead global HR for approximately 700 employees across the U.S., UK, Germany, Greece, and additional geographies. I partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

I developed Germany- and UK-focused HR GPT tools that help HR, managers, and employees with translation, communications, and local labor-practice guidance while maintaining human review for compliance-sensitive matters. I also reduced manual work through AI-enabled workflows, self-service, and process redesign.

Across Prodege, American Jewish University, FutureDontics, and lululemon, I’ve built scalable people systems spanning performance management, HR technology, total rewards, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational change. My work includes a performance framework deployed across 100% of an organization, a 22% reduction in benefits spend, a 25% reduction in technology time-to-fill, and a 20% reduction in sales turnover.

I bring global HR leadership, operational rigor, and a practical approach to modernization. I’m SHRM-SCP certified, hold an MBA, and use technology and disciplined people systems to improve manager effectiveness and employee experience at scale.
