At Kvartira Books, I analyze customer, sales, inventory, order, and operational data to support recurring and ad hoc reporting. I maintain and validate records, investigate discrepancies, and help improve the reliability of operational information.
I built and tested an AI-powered book recommendation application that combines customer history and preferences with catalog data and inventory availability. Its workflow also excludes titles customers have already selected.
