I’m a Business Analytics and Information Systems graduate with three years of experience improving operational workflows through data management, reporting, and process improvement. I’ve built practical solutions that turn messy operational records into analysis-ready datasets and clearer decision-making.

In my Operations & Data Coordinator role, I designed and implemented an internal web-based fuel transaction tracking system using AI-assisted development tools, replacing paper logs with centralized daily entry and month-end reporting. I use Power Query and advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and formulas) to transform CSV exports, validate records, reconcile discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy.

I also connect operational datasets with SQL (JOINs, GROUP BY) and deliver recurring insights through Power BI dashboards used in weekly management meetings. Beyond reporting, I’ve applied machine learning in projects—building prediction models in Python/Weka and training a TensorFlow/Keras neural network—so I can support both operational accuracy today and better forecasting tomorrow.
