I provide senior clinical leadership at Behavioral Connections, supporting approximately 100 clients and supervising 15+ BCBAs across multi-site outpatient ABA services. I guide complex clinical decision-making, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and medical-necessity standards.

I build clinical systems, mentor BCBAs and trainees, and partner with families, schools, and medical providers to strengthen treatment integrity. Drawing on my school psychology background, I also help families navigate special education evaluations, IEP development, and school collaboration.
