What I'm looking for

I’m focused on bringing my ownership and cross-functional leadership into a Project or Product Manager role, backed by hands-on technical fluency and Agile practice.

At Miltenyi Biotec, I own the lifecycle of an internal database supporting instrument repair and maintenance across global Service organizations. I built an SLA dashboard that surfaces at-risk repairs before breaches occur, and I manage stakeholder requirements, API integrations, and Agile sprint backlogs.

I also created databases for the Loaners and Demos program and transactional audit history, and integrated a database with the SRM field application to support a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant DocuSign IQOQ signing process. I provide remote support and training for the SRM field application.

Before Miltenyi Biotec, I owned Dynamic Business Solutions, delivering custom database and process solutions across industries. At Universal Maintenance, I served as primary project lead in modernizing a business management platform from Microsoft Access to FileMaker, supporting workflows from scheduling and billing to executive reporting.
