Kathlene Lumaoang

I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine student at the University of the Philippines - Los Baños with hands-on clinical experience as a veterinary nurse, scribe, intern, and volunteer. I have supported doctors in direct patient care, diagnostic testing, and surgical assistance while maintaining accurate electronic medical records.

Across multiple clinics and a veterinary teaching hospital, I managed appointment scheduling, collected patient histories, performed sample collection and diagnostic tests (CBC, SNAP, urinalysis, fungal tests), and educated clients on medications and home care. I am proficient with EMR/EHR systems such as VetCloud and EVet and skilled with laboratory and diagnostic equipment.

I am committed to compassionate customer service, clear client communication, and contributing to patient outcomes and clinic efficiency. I hold HIPAA training (August 2025) and continually seek opportunities to grow clinically and support veterinary teams effectively.

In addition to my clinical proficiencies, I bring proven experience in executive administrative support, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership abilities. I am also skilled in enhancing public engagement and communication through managing social media, curating publication materials, and creating digital art. This versatility makes me an effective contributor both in the clinic and in supporting broader team operations.
