What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a U.S. healthcare Virtual Assistant or Medical Assistant role supporting patient intake, appointment workflows, provider communication, documentation, and day-to-day clinical administration.

At Hi-Precision Diagnostic, I support patients in a fast-paced diagnostic setting. I verify patient and specimen information, explain procedures, and reassure people who may feel anxious or uncomfortable.

I document patient and specimen information while following safety, infection-control, confidentiality, and quality procedures. I also coordinate with laboratory personnel and healthcare staff to clarify requirements and keep care processes moving.

During my Medical Laboratory Science internships at Northern Mindanao Medical Center and Maria Reyna–Xavier University Hospital, I supported clinical documentation, specimen handling, and patient safety in hospital laboratory settings.

With the Philippine National Red Cross, I supported blood-donation activities, donor screening, and bleeding procedures. I’m seeking to bring my healthcare training and patient-facing experience to virtual medical assistance or medical assistant work.
