At FirstEnergy Service Company, I review and process subpoenas, litigation holds, bankruptcy claims, and agency inquiries. I coordinate responses with law enforcement agencies, including the DEA, FBI, and DOJ, as well as internal Legal and outside stakeholders.
I support the corporate litigation team across bankruptcy litigation, foreclosure matters, and employment and real estate issues. I organize matter files, track deadlines, and escalate issues to attorneys as appropriate.
Earlier, at Levy & Dubyak and Tzangas, Plakas, Mannos, I supported litigation and commercial real estate practices through docketing, document preparation, legal research, and court filings.
My experience also includes coordinating multi-state security license renewals at ITS, Inc. and maintaining consumer litigation files at Greater Cleveland Auto Dealers Association. I hold a Paralegal Major and am a Notary Public in Ohio.
