Krissa Reddell

I am a detail-oriented family support specialist with over 10 years of experience in human resources coordination, client advocacy, and procedural compliance. I specialize in peer-based education, trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, and strengthening family systems to improve youth outcomes.

I have managed consistent caseloads of 40–50 families, providing one-on-one coaching, advocacy, and connections to community resources while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams. I bring practical experience representing family perspectives on statewide planning committees to elevate consumer voice in behavioral health policy and programming.

As a Peer Grant Team Lead, I co-led the startup and implementation of a $4M SAMHSA grant, supervised and evaluated peer staff, partnered with program directors to define roles and outcome measures, and developed operational manuals to improve efficiency. I have led full-cycle hiring, onboarding, performance documentation, and corrective actions to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

I am certified as a Family Support Specialist and Peer Support Specialist and trained in SOAR, WRAP, and Motivational Interviewing. I am committed to team leadership, mentoring, cultural humility, and building empathetic, effective service systems that help families overcome barriers to care.
