Over the past five years, I have progressed from a multisite optometrist to opening and leading the Islington store for Ace & Tate, and now overseeing clinical and operational performance across approximately 20 locations in the UK and Ireland as a Regional Optometrist. My journey has been marked by a commitment to enhancing patient care and business development, mentoring teams, and delivering exceptional service rooted in style and trust.

My expertise lies in creating meaningful patient relationships and curating tailored visual solutions that combine health and aesthetics. I have developed and led optical training programs, organized clinical audits, and contributed to onboarding new optometrists and locums.
