What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role involving order processing, product content, data accuracy, and customer inquiries, where I can use Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools to manage high volumes of information and meet deadlines.

I've supported auto parts sales from client consultation through order confirmation, verifying technical specifications and compatibility before each order. At an Automobile Technical Service Center, I maintained ongoing Excel reporting, managed inventory and procurement, and handled invoices and supplier reconciliation in 1C.

I've also worked as a Content Manager and Parts Finder for an auto parts sales website, updating product listings and databases while handling inquiries about order status, availability, and compatibility.

I'm comfortable managing high workloads, including up to 300 approval and coordination cases per day. I use Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and DeepSeek to structure information and speed up routine work.
