What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead digital product delivery in an Agile environment—owning roadmaps and quality outcomes, partnering with stakeholders, and coaching teams to scale test automation and measurable product value.

I’m a dynamic, result-oriented digital product leader with over 10 years in the IT industry, specializing in software delivery, team leadership, and Agile methodologies. I’m Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) and Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I), with a strong focus on bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to drive product value and quality.

In my current role at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, I own backlog management, refine and prioritize work by value and impact, and align stakeholders around global operational service quality. I also led initiatives like test automation team branding and internal marketing to increase visibility and adoption.

Previously, I served as a Senior Software Tester/Test Manager/Scrum Master and led testing teams (5–8) in an Azure-based environment, authored test strategies and coverage metrics, and coordinated delivery schedules with project and release leadership. Earlier, as a SubDepartment Manager/Test Leader and QA Engineer, I designed test plans and oversaw manual and automated testing (e.g., SOAP UI, jMeter) while working in Scrum and Jira.
