As a Senior Executive in Planning, I prepare capacity budgets, plan buys/programs, and allocate capacities for special programs. I conduct weekly production reviews, manage order confirmations, and ensure smooth operations using SAP. I also monitor Kaizen progress and promote safety standards within the organization.

As a Management Trainee, I was responsible for daily planning using Excel, coordinating with sourcing representatives, and drafting action plans to minimize production issues. I also monitored raw material statuses and prepared weekly reports on production failures.
