At Smile Doctors, I support orthodontic care by bonding brackets, installing appliances, explaining care instructions, and responding to patient emergencies on call.

I've supervised and trained new orthodontic assistants, developed onboarding strategies, ordered supplies within budget, and tracked quarterly inventory. I also regularly assist with scheduling, phone calls, and new patient requests.

During my dental assisting externship at Decatur Woods Dental, I exposed dental radiographs, practiced infection control and moisture control, and prioritized patient comfort from greeting through seating.

My earlier work as a service advisor and Walmart personal shopper strengthened my customer communication, scheduling, quoting, upselling, and problem-solving skills. I'm ready to keep learning and build a long-term career in dental assisting.
