At Visitly, I run Agile delivery for a 15-member cross-functional squad and translate customer issues into prioritized product work. I write PRDs, manage P0-P3 triage, analyze RUM sessions and product logs, and coordinate releases with Marketing.
Previously at MantraCare, I shaped product initiatives across OCDMantra, MantraCoach, and MantraAssist. I conducted research with 50+ therapy users, helped build a learning feature that increased recurring engagement by 20%, and owned a Billing Dashboard from PRD and Figma wireframes through specifications.
I also built Nestays.in from 0-to-1 to improve student PG discovery. Through 100+ interviews with students and PG owners, I helped scale it to 500+ users and a 12% inquiry-to-booking conversion rate.
