What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote scientific or medical support role where I can use my scientific background, laboratory literacy, and clear communication to help customers and teams understand technical products and resolve issues.

I'm currently designing and conducting a retrospective cohort study at Cancer Foundation Hospital, taking hospital clinical data from extraction and SPSS analysis through manuscript preparation. My work combines data integrity, accurate interpretation, and collaboration with clinical staff to translate scientific detail into practical reporting.

I've built hands-on diagnostic laboratory experience across hematology, biochemistry, histopathology, microbiology, and phlebotomy through hospital and laboratory internships. As a published biochemistry researcher and CCRP-certified professional, I also bring customer support experience resolving client queries, technical writing capability, and clear communication for scientific and medical support teams.
