At The Economist, I assisted with end-to-end UX initiatives using qualitative and quantitative research methods. I delivered usability reports, mapped enterprise archetypes, and organized previous research into a shared repository used by departments to inform new features.
At Deaara, I led UX research across SaaS, D2C, and B2B products, conducting user interviews and usability tests. My audits and heuristic evaluations helped reduce usability friction by 20–30%, and I shaped early journeys and user funnels for TimeTraveler.
On my Menstrual Hygiene in Rural India project, I conducted field research and usability testing to uncover awareness, cultural, and access barriers. I also contributed to mixed-reality shopping design work, including gesture-based navigation and spatial layouts.
