At Unizoy, I led engineering on production AI and SaaS products for sales-tech, e-commerce, and fintech clients. I led development of Converzoy, Unizoy’s AI sales-agent product, which is live on 50+ client websites.
I added in-chat product browsing and a Google Meet scheduler to Converzoy, and built an LLM service integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, and Gemini. Redis response caching cut LLM/API spend by 20–30%.
I also built a RAG pipeline for a persona chatbot grounded in transcripts from 250+ YouTube videos, serving 200+ daily active users. My projects include an AI SaaS platform launched to 500+ users and a brokerage platform serving 1,000+ brokers.
