I’m seeking to keep growing in a senior customer experience role.

At Teleperformance (Flipkart L2), I handle escalated and frustrated customers, using process knowledge and clear, empathetic communication to resolve their issues.

At Gravity Cybertech, I supported the identification of fraud and safety issues for an IT company’s product. I received the Star Performer award.

At Teleperformance (Mastercard B2B), I investigated issues in shared transaction logs and worked to resolve transaction problems. When needed, I set up and led meetings with banks to address them.

I also designed and developed an AI Customer Support Agent prototype using ChatGPT, with support scenarios and investigation flows based on real-world situations. I structured responses around Voice of Customer, Investigation and Resolution, with human review and judgment in mind.
