I've independently architected, built, and deployed three production-grade full-stack applications spanning AI integration, property technology, and food delivery.

For ASK AI, I built an agricultural AI assistant that lets farmers query crop, soil, and weather data through Groq's LLaMA 3 model. I reduced AI inference latency by 40% using non-blocking Spring Boot WebClient communication and designed the backend to support up to 50 concurrent queries without service degradation.

With Land Marketplace, I built listing, search, inquiry, map discovery, and buyer-seller communication features for Buyers, Sellers, and Admins. I secured 15+ REST endpoints with Spring Security, JWT authentication, and role-based access control.

I also developed Ziggy as a scalable food-delivery microservices platform using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and MySQL. My work focuses on secure REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, independently deployable services, and practical full-stack products.
