I am serving as the Lead Web Graphics Designer at ESPL Pvt. Ltd. In this role, I am responsible for leading a team of designers and overseeing the creation of captivating visual elements for our web projects. With a focus on combining aesthetics and functionality, I guide the design process to ensure that our digital platforms deliver exceptional user experiences

I have been at the forefront of project management, overseeing the creative journey from inception to completion. I have been responsible for various aspects of visual production, including 3D and 2D titling, compositing, and utilizing Wasp 3D for on-air live programs. My role entails skillfully integrating these elements to enhance the visual quality and impact of broadcasts, contributing to the seamless delivery of captivating content to audiences.

I am serving as a Team Lead in the Two-Wheeler Loan section. In this role, I am responsible for guiding and supervising the team's efforts to ensure smooth operations and efficient processing of two-wheeler loan applications. My role involves coordinating tasks, providing mentorship, and maintaining a high level of service quality within the team.
