I’m a detail-oriented, motivated professional with experience in reporting, documentation, workflow organization, and independent project coordination developed through self-employment in Germany since 2021. I prepare reports and technical documentation, manage project-related communication, and stay effective under pressure—using modern computer and AI tools to keep work accurate and efficient.

I’m currently looking to transition into Maps Operations, Live Operations, or Reporting roles focused on real-time information verification, map updates, incident monitoring, and digital operations. Alongside remote work experience as a call center agent—handling inbound customer calls and working with online communication and reporting systems—I’ve also built internal tooling by developing custom invoice/documentation software and maintaining company operations end to end.
