I'm looking to build lean, scalable quality systems that improve product outcomes, reduce costs, and turn quality from a compliance function into a margin driver.

At BURGA, I built a 12-person quality department from scratch for a global D2C brand serving 2M+ customers. I reduced claim rates by 10% while order volume grew 50% year over year.
