At Iterato, I tested Sales Tool, a web-based telecom sales platform integrated with inventory, billing, and customer databases. I validated customer and sales journeys across the UI, business rules, and data flows.
I planned and delivered manual testing from refinement through production, prioritizing coverage by business risk and release impact. I reviewed requirements with delivery teams and raised gaps before development.
I used Postman and Swagger to validate REST requests, responses, HTTP status codes, JSON payloads, and integration behavior. For user-reported and production issues, I checked API responses, SQL data, and Kibana logs, then supported root-cause analysis with developers.
I ran weekly regression and release checks, and maintained reusable test scenarios and Jira defects. I also supported UAT and client demos, raising blockers and risks early.
