What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive clinical team where I can deliver patient-centered care, strengthen care planning and discharge transitions, and contribute to quality and safety. I value clear communication, mentorship, and growth while I complete my BSN.

I’m a Registered Nurse focused on delivering patient-centered care to acutely ill adults in fast-paced inpatient settings. I manage multiple complex cases while maintaining regulatory and quality standards, and I keep continuity strong across shifts and departments.

I develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans aligned with physician orders, organizational policies, and patient goals. I provide clear patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care to reinforce understanding and adherence.

I also bring hands-on long-term care experience as an STNA, supporting residents with dignified, safe ADLs and monitoring responses to interdisciplinary interventions. Through quality improvement initiatives, safety audits, and performance metrics, I help drive improvements in patient safety and satisfaction while continuing my nursing education toward my BSN.
