I'm coordinating daily operations at Wastewater Treatment Plant Mostar, monitoring performance, analyzing key parameters, and making data-based operational adjustments. I also support continuity during shifts, including periods without senior management.

I've worked across operations, team coordination, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement in a technical, fast-paced plant environment. As a Process Engineer Intern, I supported biological treatment-process monitoring and optimization while helping operational teams make informed decisions.

Before engineering roles, I managed accommodation operations at Villa Lara independently and handled high-volume international guest communication at Aminess Khalani Beach Hotel, where I was recognized as Employee of the Month.

I'm looking to bring my engineering background, organized approach, and experience coordinating people and priorities to a stable remote or hybrid EU role.
