At Daffah, I lead the Odoo technical team for Saudi retail, manufacturing, and distribution clients. I extend Odoo 18 POS through OWL patches and moved ZATCA submissions to an asynchronous, retry-safe process so checkout can continue when an endpoint is unavailable.
I diagnosed slow queries behind an unusable partner ledger and added partial indexes concurrently on a live instance, bringing it back to sub-second performance. For production incidents, I reproduce the fault, prove its scope with SQL and a failing test, and ship the fix with data repair and a tripwire.
I also introduced MCP servers over live Odoo databases, with per-instance access scoping, for LLM-assisted code review, data audits, and incident analysis. My earlier Odoo work included client-specific modules and integrations at THaka International, Centione, and TecSee Internetagentur.
