What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide high-quality, empathetic technical and customer support for international teams. I want to use my IT and cybersecurity knowledge, improve problem-solving outcomes, and grow through hands-on responsibility.

I’m a highly motivated, detail-oriented student with a strong academic background in international curricula (IGCSE/AS Levels). I’m fluent in English and Portuguese, and I combine a technical affinity in IT and Cybersecurity with excellent communications.

I’ve strengthened my capability through remote problem-solving and customer-facing support. In my volunteer role as a coordinator and mentor, I managed group activities and created a security-focused Python project to generate cryptographic password entropies.

I integrate clear complexity validation and password-strength techniques against cybersecurity standards, and I translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. I also handle the full Python development lifecycle in VS Code, including environment setup and debugging, while consistently earning top recognition for communication, organization, and active listening.
