What I'm looking for

I’m seeking Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Delivery Lead roles with expanding leadership scope.

At Gravity Information Technology LLC, I gathered and documented requirements across 10+ software projects in ERP, B2B e-commerce, tourism, real estate, and healthcare. I translated them into FRDs, user stories, workflows, and data flow models for development teams.

I owned product backlogs in Jira and ClickUp, used MoSCoW prioritization, and led UAT cycles through client handover. I also applied Generative AI and prompt engineering to draft and refine requirements, user stories, and documentation.

At Kadnya, I gathered requirements for a B2C educational platform and supported QA, UAT, client communication, and product handover. In my current role there, I coordinate delivery operations, facilitate sprint ceremonies, report progress, and use AI to support documentation and test case creation.

As a Volunteer Lecturer at Damascus University and a programming trainer, I’ve taught software engineering and programming, mentored student project teams, and developed learning materials. I’m a Certified Scrum Master and hold a Bachelor of Software and Information Systems Engineering from Damascus University.
