I'm looking to improve reliability, observability, and performance for cloud-based distributed systems, with hands-on ownership of production incidents, infrastructure, and backend engineering.

At Fynd, I investigate production incidents across high-throughput distributed systems, using traces, logs, metrics, and application behavior to improve reliability.

I improved OMS API latency by 40% on Kubernetes in Asia-Southeast2 by tracing cache misses to an unpopulated Redis instance. I also identified a 25–28% latency optimization opportunity in a shipment-update email flow and reduced cron failure and long-running alert noise by 80–90%.

Previously at Brenolabs, I built scalable SaaS backend services and REST APIs with Python, Django, and Flask. I work across GCP, Kubernetes, observability, databases, Kafka, Temporal, RAG, and MCP.
