As Senior Engineering Manager and Platform Architect, I defined architecture for workload creation, batching, prioritization, and routing services. My Location-Based Batching rollout reduced route distance per item by more than 10% and delivered over $2M in hard savings, while broader initiatives generated $40M+ in documented operational savings from 2023–2025.
I led the migration from Manhattan WMS to custom microservices, using the Strangler Facade pattern to replace legacy capabilities without disrupting tier-1 operations.
