At HCLTech’s Azure Networking Project, I develop Power BI and Grafana dashboards to monitor operational performance, incident trends, and workflow health. I also build correlation dashboards comparing Key Health Indicators, WhiteBox signals, Customer Reported Incidents, and Live Site Incidents.
I analyze operational datasets with Kusto Query Language (KQL) to identify recurring incidents, monitoring gaps, and performance trends. I’ve developed reusable KQL functions, optimized query logic, and automated recurring reporting workflows.
I also create Azure DevOps dashboards and infrastructure heat maps to make workflow status and regional infrastructure health easier to track. I received a Best Performance Award in January 2026 for contributions to dashboard development, operational analytics, and monitoring improvements.
