At Techno Cipher IT Solutions, I gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, then turn them into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. I also support Scrum implementation, backlog management, gap analysis, and UAT.

For the Bureau Chief Banking Project, I analyzed customer risk factors and trends and created flow diagrams and requirements documents. I also developed Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and visualize trends for banking and lending decisions.

On the Industrial ERP project, I gathered module-wise requirements across departments and created process diagrams, wireframes, and workflow structures. I documented functional requirements and coordinated with developers on workflow-based access control.

For the Online Inventory Management System, I documented business requirements and designed UML diagrams, wireframes, and workflows. I also supported UAT to validate the system against business requirements.
