I also architected a brand-scoped customer intelligence platform that turns lead, call, payment, and order signals into reliability scores, risk bands, product affinity, behavioral timelines, and next-best actions.
At Care Health Insurance, I delivered an AI-driven WhatsApp chatbot integrated with a Lead Management System, improving lead engagement by 30%. My work also includes a PCOS detection research model using explainable AI, and an AutoML engine that turns raw data into deployment-ready models.
