I'm currently supporting students with special needs at Southard Middle School through 1:1 and small-group instruction in self-contained and inclusion settings.

I implement IEPs and BIPs, collect daily academic and behavioral data for ARD meetings, and use CPI verbal de-escalation and physical intervention techniques to help maintain safety. I also assist with adaptive skills, communication devices, mobility, and personal care.

Previously, I supported special-needs inclusion classrooms at Primrose School of East Allen and Primrose School of Richardson, adapting curriculum for children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders. I partnered with intervention specialists and families, documented observations, and implemented individualized behavior plans and positive reinforcement systems.

With more than six years supporting students with special needs, I'm CPR and CPI certified and communicate in Nepali, Hindi, and English. I’m committed to safe, structured, and inclusive learning environments.
